RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item(s) and receive a partial refund, excluding the original delivery cost and any return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unused, unwashed condition, with all original tags and labels attached and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these criteria
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If you request a return and choose to use our DHL return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
You can also return the item with a shipping carrier of your choice at your own expense.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
