§1 Scope and Definitions
(1) The following Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Formation of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop https://www.onism-studio.com.

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) When an order is placed through our online shop, the following rules apply:
The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order proceeds as follows:
- Selection of the desired goods
- Confirming by clicking the button “ADD TO BASKET”
- Checking the information in the shopping cart
- Clicking the “Go to checkout” button
- Entering shipping and payment information
- Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Buy Now” button
Before the binding submission of the order, the consumer can return to the page where their information was entered by pressing the “Back” button in the internet browser after reviewing their information and correct any input errors or cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser.
We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”). With this confirmation, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop:
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the Terms and Conditions at any time at https://onism-studio.com/agb/. Your past orders can be viewed in our customer area under “Account → Orders.”
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The stated prices include the statutory VAT and other price components. Any additional shipping costs will be indicated separately.
(2) The consumer has the option of payment via bank transfer (advance payment), direct debit, PayPal, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
(3) If the consumer has selected payment in advance, they are obligated to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery takes place at the latest within 10 working days. The delivery period starts upon payment in advance on the day after the payment order is placed with the transferring bank and, for other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract.
If the delivery period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period shall end on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods shall pass to the buyer only upon delivery of the goods to the buyer.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been made.
§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
